The 2,200m2 project constructed of tilt up concrete panel to the GFL warehouse and Function areas, and light weight construction to L1 tenancy offices, entertainment and balcony spaces.
The ground floor includes two individual warehouse spaces for separate tenancies as well as an entertainment/function room with a large display screen and large airport door for vehicle access.
Two large function/conference rooms with operable dividing wall on the top level as well as a large office space.
